Production Support

As an IT Engineer / Graduate with Computers / IT, you will be responsible for providing L3 Technical Support with a focus on Production Support. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, offering post-implementation support, and ensuring smooth maintenance processes. You will need to have a very good knowledge and exposure to at least one of Unix, ldap, messaging, and scripting skills. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for effectively providing customer support.
