Hospital Administrator

Key Responsibilities Provide Level 13 application support for HIMS modules (EMR/EHR, Registration, Bill- ing, LIS, RIS, Pharmacy, etc.) Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve application issues within SLA Support end users (doctors, nurses, admin staff) through ticketing systems, calls, and on- site assistance Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes Configure, test, and deploy HIMS application updates, patches, and enhancements Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and system upgrades Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals Support data integrity, backups, and system security compliance Assist in UAT, system integrations, and go-live support Train users on application functionality and best practices Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, NABH, etc.) Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, Net- Suite, etc.) Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to- Cash, HR, etc.) Experience with SQL / database queries for troubleshooting and reporting Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.) Familiarity with virtualization technologies Understanding of networking fundamentals Experience with backup, antivirus, and monitoring toolsRole & responsibilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support if required Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
