Senior Java Developer Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM/Drools) Location: Gurugram,Haryana,India Please consider location as a Noida and Gurgaon for this position and Experience you can look : 5 to 7 Years Contract Duration : 3 to 6 Months Work Mode : Hybrid Thanks Poonam Job Title: Senior Java Developer Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM/Drools) Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Java backend expertise and hands-on experience in Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM/Drools) to design and implement business rules and decision automation solutions. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain business rules using RHDM (DRL, Decision Tables, DMN) - Build and integrate Java/Spring Boot backend services with the KIE/Drools rules engine - Translate business requirements into rule artifacts and decision models - Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to validate rule logic - Optimize rule execution performance and manage rule versioning/deployment via Business Central - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration Required Skills: - 5+ years Java backend development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices) - 2+ years hands-on experience with Red Hat Decision Manager / Drools (DRL, Decision Tables, DMN) - Strong understanding of rule engine concepts (forward chaining, agenda groups, salience) - Experience with relational databases and SQL - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift) Good to Have: - Healthcare payer industry experience, particularly in provider domain (provider data management, credentialing, network management, directory services) - Familiarity with FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS regulatory standards - Experience with Business Central administration and rule deployment lifecycle Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Thanks & Regards Poonam Joshi Senior Talent Acquisition Executive Apply to this job Experience Level Senior Level .
