Technical Architect - Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for architecting and designing end-to-end scalable solutions using modern full-stack technologies. As a Technical Architect, you will lead development efforts across frontend and backend systems, define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and ensuring application performance, security, and responsiveness are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design end-to-end scalable solutions using modern full-stack technologies - Lead development efforts across frontend and backend systems - Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews - Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness - Drive system integration, API design, and microservices architecture - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools Qualification Required: - 10 years of experience in full stack development and architecture - Strong expertise in React.js for frontend development - Solid experience with Node.js and Next.js for backend/server-side development - Hands-on experience with Express.js for building RESTful APIs - Proficiency in Python for backend services, scripting, or microservices - Strong understanding of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6) - Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems - Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL) - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus - Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization Additional Company Details: Srijan, a Material company, is a renowned global digital engineering firm with a reputation for solving complex technology problems using their deep technology expertise and leveraging strategic partnerships with top-tier technology partners.
