Azure Integration Solutions Architect (Karnataka)

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Support Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Linux Administration, PowerShell/BASH scripting, and monitoring tools such as ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2 support, troubleshooting production issues, monitoring application performance, and ensuring system reliability through observability and log analysis. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2 support for Azure-based infrastructure and applications. - Monitor system health, performance, and availability using ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk. - Perform application log analysis and debugging to identify root causes and resolve incidents. - Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and network-related issues in Azure environments. - Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and BASH. - Administer and support Linux servers, including troubleshooting system-level issues. - Create dashboards, alerts, and monitoring reports for proactive issue detection. - Work closely with DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve critical incidents. - Follow ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management. - Support continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring, automation, and cloud operations.
