You have the opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer with the following responsibilities and qualifications: Role Overview: As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of infrastructure systems, including NOC and technical support. Your strong UNIX/Linux skills will be utilized for tasks such as log analysis, process and service management, cron jobs, and basic scripting. Additionally, you will need hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, or equivalent. Your proficiency in Oracle SQL will be crucial for data validation and anomaly detection in production databases. The role requires a methodical and high-disciplined working style, as the NOC watch demands consistent alertness across a full 12-hour shift. You should be able to work independently overnight and demonstrate sound escalation judgment. Clear written English skills are essential for accurate Jira ticket and runbook documentation. Strong organization, planning, and estimation skills are necessary, along with the ability to multitask and monitor others' activities.
