Role Overview: You are an experienced and technically strong developer sought for the initiatives within the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) Centre of Excellence. Your role will involve end-to-end development of innovative projects related to blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, and enterprise-grade integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of deep technical expertise to drive product delivery across emerging technologies and regulated environments. You will be working in an agile, dynamic, and flat organizational structure, contributing your skills in building applications to manage client journey and experience. Additionally, you must be comfortable with critical peer reviews of design and code, offer constructive feedback, and be proactive in researching and recommending new technologies to the group. Your experience should include taking code through testing, deployment, and production. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, tokenization modules, and consensus algorithms - Ensure security, integrity, and scalability of blockchain solutions - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in blockchain and cryptocurrency - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in blockchain applications and systems - Suggest blockchain development processes and best practices - Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, security, scalability, and adherence to coding standards Qualifications: - Masters or Engineering background Additional Details: Standard Chartered is an international bank that aims to make a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
