Role Overview: As a Chapter Lead for Full Stack Engineering with expertise in JavaSpring and WRB Tech, you will be responsible for hands-on back-end and front-end development. Your role includes managing and developing the capabilities of your Chapter members. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the implementation of functional standards and best practices, offering technical support to Chapter members. - Ensure high quality of the code repository and maintain exemplary coding standards within the team. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and foster a culture of technical excellence in Java development. - Act as a technical leader, setting domain-specific best practices and technology standards. - Efficiently allocate technical resources and balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on development tasks. - Commit code while guiding the technical direction of the Chapter and overseeing Java backend development standards. - Harmonize Java development methodologies across the squad and advocate for the adoption of innovative Java technologies and frameworks. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack projects involving Java and Spring frameworks. - Proficiency in Java, Spring, RESTful APIs, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres), JavaScript, ReactJS/Angular/Vue, HTML5/CSS, network fundamentals, security fundamentals, CI/CD, and native mobile development. - Hands-on experience in Java development, leadership in system architecture, database proficiency, CI/CD, and container platforms like Kubernetes.
