As a candidate for the role positioned to support the CIB Performance Management at Standard Chartered in Chennai, IND, you will play a crucial role in building Productivity, Capacity modeling, and efficiency lever identification. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being an internal visualization analytics consultant for CIB and developing useful analytics products across various use cases, segments, and product portfolios. - Translating business requirements into impactful metrics, KPIs, and solutions to solve everyday business problems. - Acting as a conduit between technical and business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and understanding. - Working closely with stakeholders to drive common understanding of building productivity and capacity modeling, as well as knowledge in policies, procedures, and processes. - Identifying enhancements to improve Client Lifecycle processes and efficiency in alignment with the group strategy. - Leading change initiatives related to policy, process, and systems within the CIB MT team. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define and maintain the Product Backlog and provide guidance on product/process design. - Prioritizing and sequencing requirements/product backlog according to business value and defining Epics and user stories. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a consultant, preferably from Tier 1 colleges or institutions. - Experience in AML Domain and Banking field. - Knowledge of various TP systems, communication, stakeholder management, eye for detail, and time management skills. Regarding training, you should have expertise in areas such as productivity modeling, risk identification, process improvement, and knowledge of various process initiatives. Experience in roles within Client Lifecycle operations, KYC, AML, and Financial Crime regulatory requirements will be advantageous.
