Role Overview
We are supporting an industry-leading systems integrator seeking a DeltaV Engineer to design and implement advanced Emerson DeltaV automation solutions for life sciences and pharmaceutical clients. This role combines technical expertise, project execution, and impact-driven engineering that supports global healthcare.
Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement DeltaV control systems (ISA-88 Batch)

Conduct FAT/SAT, startup, and commissioning activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients in regulated environments

Troubleshoot complex automation challenges
-
Support compliance with GAMP5, cGMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in Electrical, Chemical, or Control Systems Engineering
-
7+ years of automation/controls experience
-
Extensive hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV systems
-
Strong knowledge of ISA-88 Batch Processing

Familiarity with automation protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, Profibus, OPC, Foundation Fieldbus, HART)

Life sciences/pharma industry background preferred

Preferred Skills
-
Knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens PCS7, or other DCS/SCADA platforms
-
Experience with loop tuning, advanced control, and alarm management

Exposure to industrial networking and AutoCAD
-
Mentorship experience with junior engineers
