Job Title: Industrial Engineer Location: Columbus, IN Experience: 5+ years Duration: 12+ months
Overview: We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to support our manufacturing operations in Columbus, IN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process analysis, ERP systems, and productivity improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed time studies to evaluate and improve production processes.
Review ERP system standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Assess, update, and maintain product standards for accuracy and efficiency.
Perform data input remediation to correct system errors and maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Provide analytical support to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in time studies, process analysis, and ERP system utilization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data management and process documentation.
