Job Title : Java developer /Senior Developer / Lead Developer

Location: Norfolk /Richmond , VA / Atlanta, GA / Winchester, CT

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Lead small to mid-size software development teams.

Hands-on participation and facilitation of the full software development life cycle for multiple, concurrent development projects, including primary responsibility for task assignment, definition and documentation.

Extensive involvement in database and application design and implementation planning. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives.

Estimate resource needs to achieve project goals.

Support the project management team in the identification of project dependencies resource allocation issues.

Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables.

Manage the project scope and change control process, identifying potential risks and supporting the project management team with devising mitigation and contingency plans.

Facilitate requirements analysis, design, and status meetings to ensure project team members are working towards the same goals.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience to SpringBoot/SOA/Rules Engine/SOA.

Lead and Estimating experience.

Experience using rules engines. Experience with XML, XSD, XSLT and WSDL.

Experience on multiple platforms, including Windows Server and Linux-based systems.

Experience with Agile development and practices.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Experience working in a continuous integration environment.

Familiarity with GIT and how version control works.
