Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Manufacturing Engineer Location: West Bridgewater, MA (On-site) Duration: 12+ months Experience: 6+ Years Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card Holder only

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience with direct customer interaction

• Strong experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) – must have

• Knowledge of Thru-Hole Technology

• In-depth understanding of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes

• Proven expertise in PCB assembly methods, troubleshooting, and process optimization

• The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for implementing, sustaining, and improving equipment and processes related to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, including both Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT).

• Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, specify, and install equipment and processes for PCB assembly

• Support and sustain processes involving PCBs in plastic cases, metal enclosures, or potting materials

• Drive continuous process improvements and implement modifications to enhance production efficiency and product quality

• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and work instructions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to address technical issues and support product requirements
