Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer to support the scale-up of R&D formulations into full-scale production. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and validating processes that improve efficiency, reduce variability, enhance product safety, and enable a smooth transition from early development through commercial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with R&D Technologists, Technicians, and Engineering teams on new product and process development.

Transfer new products and processes from the innovation stage to commercial production, including lab scale-ups and plant trials.

Develop, document, and optimize processes to ensure predictable and efficient manufacturing.

Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency.

Partner with process engineers to establish process parameters and reduce variability.

Support product trials, verification, validation, and successful handover to manufacturing operations.

Maintain a professional image and ensure an organized working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in process or manufacturing engineering (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced Excel skills required.

• Competence with CAD tools for process and design support.
