Job description:

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Assist with the integration and testing of systems & subsystems.

Manage and coordinate integration efforts between Public Safety IT subsystems andthe NG9-1-1 system.

Lead technical discussions in integration planning and manage the associated action items stemming there from.

Implement integration solutions for NG911 systems, ensuring interoperability and seamless communication between different components.

Assist in the coordination with project leads and subcontractors to continue review of all required interfaces with the NG9-1-1 system.

Provide test cases for SAT and SIT; continue to identify risks associated with integration activities on the NG9-1-1 program, as well as assist the SDE team, project leads, and subcontractors in setting up and testing the interfaces in the SDE.

Verify all interfaces in the production environment and subsequently augment the test team to perform all end-to-end System Integration testing

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree with no less than 12 years in Enterprise Architecture,Infrastructure Engineering within PS environment

Excellent technical architecture skills, enabling the creation of future proof public safety solutions

Familiarity with NENA i3 standards and NG911-specific technologies and standards, such as SIP, ECRIT,and ALI.

Provide technical support for integration issues, diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.

Work closely with software developers, network engineers, system administrators, and public safety officials to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet operational needs.

Min 12 yrs. experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set.

Knowledge of system integration techniques and the ability to design systems that work seamlessly with existing infrastructure

Document integration configurations, processes, and procedures.

Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation and facilitation skills;

Subject Matter Expert of Enterprise Integration for multiple complex applications within Public Safety domain;

In-depth knowledge and expertise in various technology stacks, platforms, and architectures.

Proficiency in system design principles, software architecture, and understanding of hardware components.
