Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Allen Bradley programming and Fanuc robot programming. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining control systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and implement control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs and Fanuc robots.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and robotic applications.

Design and modify control logic and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems to meet project specifications.

Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate control systems with other machinery and processes.

Perform system upgrades and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including control system design specifications, test plans, and operation manuals.

Provide technical support and training to operational staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming and Fanuc robot programming.

• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, automation, and robotics.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or others relevant to Allen Bradley PLCs.

• Experience with Fanuc robot programming and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control system diagrams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications related to Allen Bradley PLCs or Fanuc robotics.

• Experience with additional programming languages or control systems is a plus
