Who We Are Looking For State Street Global Technology Services (GTS) is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, IT Service Delivery Manager to support delivery, performance, and governance of production technology services supporting SSBI. The successful candidate brings strong experience in IT service management with understanding of regulatory expectations including DORA. Why This Role Matters This role ensures strong execution and coordination of Run-the-Bank operations. Supports operational resilience and control discipline across SSBI. Organizational Structure & Reporting Reports to VP IT Service Delivery Manager. Supports service delivery governance across ICA towers. Works with technology and service teams across SSBI. Key Responsibilities Support SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting Coordinate incident management activities Track RCA and remediation actions Support change governance processes Support DORA ICT incident reporting Assist resilience testing and coordination Drive follow-up on service issues Support stakeholder coordination Core Competencies Strong IT service management expertise Strong communication and stakeholder skills Analytical and governance mindset Ability to operate in high-pressure environments Technical & Regulatory Expertise ITIL knowledge across service processes Multi-vendor environment experience DORA / EU ICT regulation familiarity Audit and control experience Tools & Platforms ServiceNow ITSM Microsoft Office Monitoring and reporting tools Education & Experience 7–10+ years experience Regulated environment experience preferred ITIL certification beneficial Note: The role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office Minimum Salary: zł182,004 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
