About the role
About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications and modern AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python (FastAPI), React.js, TypeScript, Kafka, RAG Pipelines, API Design, and Cloud-Native Development . You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services, scalable APIs, AI-driven retrieval systems, and responsive frontend applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI . Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript . Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI-powered applications. Integrate vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval frameworks. Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka . Develop cloud-native applications leveraging containerized and microservices-based architectures. Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable software following engineering best practices. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 5+ years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI . Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript . Experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices. Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architectures. Experience building and maintaining RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Pipelines . Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval frameworks. Experience with PostgreSQL , MongoDB, or similar databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP . Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with LLM-powered applications. Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks. Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput applications. Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry. Understanding of security best practices and cloud-native patterns.
