About the Role Looking for an SAP SD/LE/GTS Consultant to join an Enterprise Technology Solutions team supporting global Order-to-Cash, Shipping, Logistics Execution, Transportation, and Global Trade processes across a large SAP landscape. The role involves supporting ongoing SAP S/4HANA harmonization and provides exposure to senior Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution, and Trade Compliance leaders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution, and Trade Compliance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Configure and support SAP SD and LE functionality, including Order Management, Shipping, Delivery Processing, Transportation, Billing, Returns, and Logistics Execution. Support SAP GTS integration for trade compliance, customs management, denied party screening, and export control processes. Configure and support integrations between SAP SD, LE, MM, WM/EWM, TM, Finance, and GTS within ECC and S/4HANA environments. Analyze and resolve production support issues while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. Participate in all phases of SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities. Facilitate business workshops, solution design sessions, and functional testing with global stakeholders. Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation. Recommend standard SAP best practices while minimizing custom development whenever possible. Coordinate activities with technical developers, integration teams, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) configuration and support experience. Experience with Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, Transportation, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management. Experience integrating SAP SD/LE with MM, WM/EWM, Finance, and SAP GTS in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics business processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting SAP GTS for global trade compliance and customs processes. Experience with S/4HANA Order-to-Cash transformations and logistics implementations. Familiarity with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, and EDI integrations. Experience working within a large global enterprise supporting multiple countries and business units. Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
