ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer (Consultant / Senior Consultant) Location: Remote / Hybrid ( Tier 1 Cities) Experience: 5-8 Years (Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in ServiceNow GRC/IRM) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC / IRM Developer with strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in designing and developing governance, risk, compliance, audit, and policy management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The role involves end-to-end application development, workflow configuration, integrations, workspace development, and supporting governance initiatives to enable audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications including: Policy & Compliance Risk Management Audit Management Business Continuity Management (BCM) Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM) Design and develop IRM Workspaces, Service Portals, dashboards, reports, forms, and catalogs. Build and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows. Develop integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Configure application environments following ServiceNow best practices and security standards. Design technical architecture including: Data models Workflow diagrams Access control models (ACLs) Application architecture Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Create epics, user stories, technical documentation, and UI mockups. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand governance, risk, audit, and compliance requirements. Perform platform administration activities including upgrades, enhancements, user support, and configuration management. Maintain audit-ready documentation, runbooks, release management, and governance processes. Facilitate ServiceNow knowledge transfer, user training, and technical support. Support ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules including: Security Incident Response (SIR) Vulnerability Response (VR) Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-8 years of ServiceNow platform development experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development using JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow APIs, scripting, and custom application development. Hands-on experience with: Flow Designer Integration Hub Workspaces Service Portal Experience with REST and SOAP integrations. Good understanding of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) GRC/IRM Experience with performance optimization and large-scale data ingestion. Exposure to CMDB and ServiceNow platform administration.
