Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: Rajkot Reports To: Engineering Manager / Plant Head Employment Type: Full-time Salary: [Competitive / Based on experience] Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. The role involves ensuring electrical compliance, troubleshooting issues, supporting projects, and optimizing system performance across manufacturing or infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test electrical systems, circuits, and equipment. Monitor and maintain electrical systems in production, plant, or infrastructure setups. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations (IEC, IS, NEC, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, installation, and commissioning. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation. Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives in electrical operations. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. 28 years of experience in electrical engineering (manufacturing, power, or industrial setups preferred). Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, PLCs, motors, transformers, and switchgear. Proficient in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or other engineering software. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Competencies: Technical expertise in electrical systems and equipment.
