Quality Development Analyst

As a Quality Analyst at Stefanini Inc., you will play a crucial role in manual and automation testing within an Agile Scrum environment. Your primary focus will be on testing web and mobile platforms, automating regression tests, performing manual testing, and integrating test scripts to Zephyr. It is essential that you take the initiative to drive the testing process independently and possess strong communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test cases and test scenarios in Zephyr and automated testing tools to ensure thorough coverage of implemented features and meet acceptance criteria from business stakeholders. - Enhance and execute existing automation suite using Selenium-Java and Service Automation tools like Katalon. - Collaborate closely with the team to implement service-based automation for REST and SOAP calls. - Execute test automation suites in CI/CD pipelines and integrate tools like Katalon, Wiremock, and Selenium with CI/CD pipelines on Azure platforms. - Own and support both manual and automation streams to align with business priorities for releases. - Provide expertise in planning, constructing, and executing test scripts, applying testing standards and guidelines to meet overall test objectives. - Execute smoke tests and regression tests in QA, UAT, and production environments to verify code deployments and system changes. - Create, update, and track execution of test cases within Zephyr and report issues in JIRA. - Review requirements, provide feedback, assist in maintaining dev/test environments, and promote a culture of full-stack skills within the team. - Identify functional tests for automation and collaborate with global teams, product owners, and business teams to develop and support applications. - Write clean, performance-friendly code, conduct unit testing, and investigate & fix production and performance issues. Qualifications Required: - Must have 5+ years of experience in microservice automation and UI Automation using Selenium and Java. - Good to have 8+ years of experience in designing and executing test cases for web-based applications and services. - Experience with tools like JIRA, Zephyr, Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea, Maven, Test-NG, Wiremock, Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitHub, and version control systems. - Cloud experience with 2 ECOM projects end-to-end and familiarity with Katalon tool for service testing. - Familiarity with running automation suites in CI/CD pipelines, parallel testing on multiple VMs and browsers, and analyzing automation test results. - Ability to create test cases based on user stories, execute QA testing, interpret results, and document outcomes. - Working experience in Agile/Scrum teams and technical understanding of web and mobile application development. - Basic knowledge of SQL queries for data testing and cloud-based application/service architecture. - Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Services, DevOps, Docker, Containers, Kubernetes, Redis, and APM solutions. - Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies and excellent communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
