Industrial Engineering Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the IE Manager in the Hiring, Training and Development of plant IE’s

Supervise the plant Industrial Engineers in their day-to-day activities including but not limited to; Line speed, Cycle Checks, Scrolls, Man-Assignments, Standardized Work, Line Balance, Productivity Initiatives

Support WO activities, Control and Manage Manpower Levels, EHPU, Absentee Analysis target attainment and reporting.

Accurate and Timely Manpower and Productivity Reporting

Budget submission on-time as applicable

SBD / OBD submission, updates and execution

Basic Requirements:

Education :

Bachelor's degree required , and Industrial Engineering preferred

Advanced degree preferred

Extensive training (Time Study / Standards, Ratings, Ergonomics, Budgets, Throughput, Simulation, Theory of Constraints, Microsoft Tools, Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS))

Methodologies and WO Domain experience/knowledge preferred

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of Industrial Engineering or related experience

Plant experience preferred

Launch experience preferred

Supervisory experience preferred but not required
