Solutions Business Analyst

​ Scope of Work Gather intelligence from subject matter experts and administers about needs and future improvements. Manage change request and define the change implementation with steering committee. Work with management and in-house development team to develop and release enhanced department intranet. Work with management and in-house development team to develop new or enhance existing SharePoint team/application sites. Create business process diagrams, presentations, user guides, reports. Provide in-person/online user trainings. Perform quality assurance and code compliance review. Provide general help desk support as a member of the Apps Support Team. Technical and Experience Requirement Must possess a BA/BS degree. Strong system analysis skills – able to produce concept/scope documents, use case and system requirements documents. Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent oral, written and communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Power BI. Proficient in ECM solutions such as Open Text and SharePoint. Experienced with support of document management systems. Independent worker requiring very little supervision. Working experience with a large public government agency or utility a plus Knowledge of DocuSign is highly preferred
