Technology Engineer

Role Purpose: Key Accountabilities: Preferred Experience and Qualification: 1). He should work as the project leader for the NPD in Copper LAN Cable function 2). Understanding of MRD and preparing the PRD against the MRD 3). Tool Design, plan and execute the development trials, Machine knowledge and understanding of the process 4). Plan for the required RM for the project, Generating the Material requisitions in SAP, Material handling and accounting during the NPD Project 5). Do the FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and generate new ideas through brainstorming sessions, do the Root Cause analysis 6). Coordinating with the CFT for the Dev trials & product testing, summarizing the results 7). Dev trials results data analysis for cable s high frequency transmission and do the correlation study between various inputs and output parameters of the product 6). Machine hours planning and maintaining the projects milestone summary sheet 7). Present the project update to the top management as and when required 8). Working closely with the IP Team for IP Risk analysis and filing new patents 9). Write and publish the white papers for the technical study carried out during the product development 10). Good hands on of the extrusion process from cabling industry will be added advantage 11). Good in communication and presentation skills
