About the role
Role & Responsibilities: SAP HCM experience: 7 to 11 years in UK Payroll, with in-depth knowledge of UK and Ireland PayrollsPayroll experience: Extensive experience with UK and IE payroll processing is essentialTime Management: Expertise in Positive and Negative Time configurationEnd-to-End Implementation: Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations requiredUK Payroll and Integration Knowledge: Understanding of UK Payroll, integration with SAP, and related processesSAP Business Practices: Familiarity with standard SAP business practicesHCM Processes: Knowledge of all HCM business processes, including employee life cycle and payroll processesData Migration & Interfaces: Expertise in data migration and integration with Third Party VendorsSAP Reporting: Experience with SAP reporting, Ad-hoc queries, and related toolsFunctional Specifications: Ability to write functional specifications for SAP modulesTest Scenarios & Scripts: Competence in setting up test scenarios, creating test scripts, and performing thorough testingSolution Recommendation: Ability to provide feasible solutions based on client requirements and industry best practicesClient Liaison: Serve as a liaison between business customers and systems areasCommunication: Strong client-facing communication skills; able to articulate information confidentlyTechnical Business Requirements: Ability to translate client business rules into technical business requirementsAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-makingDocumentation Skills: Ability to create and maintain clear, concise documentationGlobal Environment Experience: Experience working in a global environment, handling diverse client needsEssential Qualifications: Experience: 7 years of SAP HCM UK Payroll experienceEnd-to-End Implementations: Must have worked on at least 3 full-cycle SAP HR Payroll implementations or support projectsBusiness Knowledge: Strong understanding of various HCM processesProficiency in SAP Configuration: Expertise in SAP configuration for payroll and HCM modulesIndependence: Ability to work independently with clients, offering guidance and supportDocumentation: Ability to write technical and functional requirements and design documentsEducational Qualifications: Any GraduateBenefits: Health coverage options, wellbeing programs, retirement plans, vacation and sick leave, maternity, paternity & adoption leave, continuing education, and various voluntary benefits.Preferred Candidate Profile: SAP HCM UK Payroll expertise, with in-depth knowledge of taxation, infotypes, and wage types .
