RESPONSIBILITIES Minimum 4 years total IT experience, preferably in SAP HCM. Minimum 3 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP US Payroll. Experience in - SAP payroll configuration from Gross payroll to Net Payroll (preferably on US) Knowledge on BSI tax factory and tax configuration, Garnishments Configuration Off-cycle payroll definition and processing Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI Knowledge on PCR will be an added advantage Knowledge on post payroll activities Must have WT configuration, Payroll execution, Schema flow, Testing etc. Willing to work US Hours Shift Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required Education Perks We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because its key our perks care for the whole person.
