Role Description The Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning Functional Consultant role is a contract position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home. The consultant will configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management and Learning modules, ensuring alignment with client business processes and HR strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, performing system testing, and supporting integrations with other Oracle and third-party applications. The role involves collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders, preparing documentation, conducting user training, and providing functional guidance during deployments and post-go-live support. Qualifications Strong understanding of HR and Talent Management business processes, including performance, succession, learning, and career development workflows.Consulting skills with experience in client-facing roles, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.Hands-on expertise with Oracle HR and Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management & Learning modules.Experience working with Oracle Applications and coordinating integrations with other enterprise systems.Knowledge of integration concepts, data flows, and issue resolution across HR and learning systems.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills; prior experience with implementation projects is preferred.
