Role Description This contract role is for an Oracle Cloud PPM specialist based in Hyderabad in a hybrid work model, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The professional in this role will configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Cloud PPM modules to support project management, costing, and billing processes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, designing solutions aligned with best practices, and documenting functional and technical specifications. The role involves coordinating integrations with related Oracle applications, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting testing, deployment, and user training. The specialist will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that project portfolio management processes remain efficient, compliant, and scalable. Qualifications Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to translate operational needs into effective Oracle Cloud PPM configurations.Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution recommendations for project portfolio management.Hands-on experience with Oracle HR and related modules that intersect with project staffing, roles, and resource management.Proficiency in Oracle Applications, including Oracle Cloud ERP and PPM, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support.Knowledge of Integration concepts and tools to connect Oracle Cloud PPM with other enterprise systems and data sources.Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Prior experience in Oracle Cloud implementations or upgrades, particularly in project-driven organizations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment. .
