AUTO CAD Engineer

Basic Qualification Required : Diploma in Civil engineering Diploma in Architecture ITI Civil with Minimum 5 years For both freshers and experienced Role in the Organization : Execute drafting jobs quickly and effectively Continuously look for ways to improve work process and services Participate in discussions with Design Engineers/other team members to formulate strategies for timely and accurate deliveries Understand and use the required /specified drafting norms and standards Demonstrate continuous up gradation of skills and knowledge Ensure that SVDPL adapted and followed Maintain the work place and work environment Following are the major tasks and responsibilities: Drafting Engineering Drawings based on inputs from Engineers and in accordance with the drafting standards of SVDPL (or otherwise if mentioned in the Plan of Work ) carry out reviews with Engineers /Architects from time to time Maintaining related related records(tracings /drawings)/files as per POW Where ever drafting is done on computers ensure a daily back-up and save inWIP file Guiding and checking Junior Draughtmans work as per POW Optimum utilization of software in drafting Time log for every drawing Refer to check list(encl) prior to issuing the drawings for checking
