Design and Senior Engineers

Basic Qualification Required : B.Tech in civil Engineering M.Tech in structural engineering Freshers and Experienced Role in the Organization : Develop action plans to ensure accurate and timely execution Understand the job requirements and communicate to all concerned Head a small group to meet targets Quality checking of designs/drawings of structures as per specified procedure Understand design/drafting norms Subordinate Development (develop Design Engineers to check designs) Following are the major tasks and responsibilities: Allocating designs/drafting to juniors/CAD Operators Providing necessary inputs to enable them to do the allocated work Checking of design jobs Rechecking of drawings checked by the Design Engineers Assisting Project Coordinator for project related work Internal Co-ordination and participation in meetings Interaction with clients Guiding Design Engineers and CAD Operations in their assignments Maintaining check records Checking/Verification/Approval (Validation) as outlined in the Plan of Work Maintain design documents/input data till Job Closure Ensure timely completion of checking and releasing the drawings as per schedule Ensure Quality control and productivity Optimum utilization of software Assist Project Co-ordinator and HODs preparing action plans Implementation of ISO procedures Plan and organize day today work Site visit
