Business Analyst

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. 5+ years' experience in business analysis within software delivery, system implementation, or migration projects. Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements based on business processes and actual system usage. Experience in creating and maintaining business requirements documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and solution documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows, configurations, and reporting requirements, and recommend practical solutions. Hands-on experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios to support successful solution delivery. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and initiative throughout the project lifecycle. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with experience conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements validation sessions. • Ability to balance business needs and client expectations while working within platform capabilities and technical constraints. • Experience working in client-facing, delivery-oriented environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including QA/ Dev/ Analytics/Config/Data/ Product Management and Project Management. • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of ETL processes, data migration, and third-party system integrations. • Familiarity with GRC, risk management, insurance, or other regulated industry domains.
