Responsibilities : Implement and enhance Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration Configure MID Servers, credentials, and patterns for infrastructure discovery Develop workflows and automation for IT operations Integrate ITOM with third-party monitoring and CMDB solutions Troubleshoot and optimize discovery and mapping performance Requirements : 6+ years ServiceNow with focus on ITOM Strong knowledge of Discovery patterns, CMDB, Orchestration Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ServiceNow ITOM certification preferred ServiceNow ITOM Developer
