ServiceNow Platform Architect

Responsibilities: Lead overall ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap. Define best practices, governance, and technical standards. Guide solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and integrations. Mentor developers and lead technical workshops with clients. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform. Requirements: 8+ years ServiceNow, 3+ years in architect role. Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules. Strong knowledge of integration architecture. Certified Implementation Specialist + Architect certifications preferred. Location-Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad
