.Net Full stack Developer

As a DotNet Full Stack Developer in Chennai on a contract basis with 5-8 years of experience, you will be part of the Transition Services team working on a Digital Onboarding platform for retirement services clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and enhancing web-based onboarding applications using modern frontend technologies - Building and maintaining backend services and APIs using .NET Core - Working on event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing - Developing and optimizing batch jobs and integration workflows - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and architects - Ensuring performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed - Participating in code reviews and quality assurance processes - Leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to improve development productivity - Supporting ongoing maintenance and enhancements of onboarding workflows In terms of technical skills, you should have expertise in: Frontend: - Strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Experience with React.js or similar frameworks - Understanding of UX principles and responsive design Backend: - Hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core - Strong experience in building RESTful APIs - Experience with batch processing and backend services Architecture: - Experience with event-driven architecture - Hands-on with messaging tools such as RabbitMQ, MassTransit, or similar - Understanding of microservices architecture Database: - Strong experience with SQL Server - Proficiency in T-SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) Additionally, exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and the ability to integrate AI into development workflows would be beneficial.
