Technical Consultant- ESM

Providing consultancy to customer on selected NetIQ (ESM) products. Assist with scoping and preparation of Statements of Work (SOW) per engagement. Assist with the preparation of sections of Request for Information (RFIs) as required . Deliver training classroom, on- site, formal, informal as and where required . Undertake technical consulting work such as implementation and training consulting. Escalate any product issues encountered which impact their ability to use the technology in order to achieve the post sales deliverable. Establish and build relationship with clients and identify future sales opportunities. Asisist in proof of concept systems for clients and produce any relevant associated documentation. Should be extremely good with Microsoft & Networking platfrom. Required Skills- MCSE, CCNA, CCNP are required. Around 5 years experience in Consulting Skills.
