Technical Consultant- Security

The Professional Services Consultant will provide training and consulting services on ESM products like BMC Patrol Suite, NetIQ AppManager and NetIQ Security. Engagements typically begin by creating a deployment plan document specifically for each customer, following by formal classroom training sessions, and one- on- one mentoring, with the majority of work done at the customer s location. The Consultant must be able to multi task in a fast- paced environment, frequently working on multiple projects simultaneously. This job involves: Assist with scoping and preparation of Statements of Work (SOW) per engagement. Assist with the preparation of sections of Request for Information (RFIs) as required. Deliver training classroom, on- site, formal, informal as and where required. Undertake technical consulting work such as implementation and training consulting.
