Roles and Responsibilities: - Primary responsibilities include supporting clients on API related queries. - Conduct verification testing on customer-reported defects. - Recreate reported issues in the internal server with the customer's configuration. - Ensure timely resolution of customer-reported issues to the client's satisfaction. - Conduct API testing in our server with each released build. - Handle other production issues of the application and assist developers in issue tracing. - Provide support to clients through calls and emails. Desired Candidate Profile: - Possess 1+ years of work experience in Java, Python, .NET, Node (any 2 are mandatory). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities. - Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in providing support to direct customers, resellers, and field personnel to resolve product-related issues. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base. - Experience in Trading knowledge will be advantageous. - Must have experience in supporting clients of CTCL Stock Trading Platform.
