Sr. Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for interfacing with multiple stakeholders in the organization to understand requirements, viable technologies, and strategic direction when making decisions regarding software. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with the Principal Architect and Portfolio Product Members to establish a strategy and execution plan to reach organizational goals. - Identify system requirements based on user needs and constraints, ensuring consistency, completeness, correctness, and operational definition. - Conduct costbenefit analyses to determine the best approach for meeting requirements. - Partition large systems into subsystems and components for efficient handling. - Collaborate with Tech Leads, DevOps, and IT team members to resolve design or implementation problems. - Work with IT on various activities including defining requirements, assessing server and infrastructure sizing, and designing load balancing solutions. - Generate documentation for design and implementation of systems to keep stakeholders informed. - Maintain architectural products and ensure they are up to date. - Provide technical guidance for system design and integration activities. - Participate in technical reviews and contribute to the code base as needed. Skills Required: - Excellent time management, resource organization, and multitasking skills. - Strong competency in working with various teams. - In-depth understanding of enterprise value stream and architecture disciplines. - Ability to influence and lead change related to organizational goals. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of team leadership experience. - Proven experience in software architecture and development, including Service Oriented Architecture and cloud-based services. - Strong knowledge of enterprise computing software and relational database design concepts. - Passion for technology and innovation-driven technical roadmap.
