About the role
As a Senior Data Scientist at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML products and services tailored to customer needs. You will be responsible for designing data pipelines and continuously enhancing the team's capabilities in alignment with current demand and technology/business roadmaps. Your duties will also include reviewing and integrating all application requirements, improving technologies, and implementing application requirements across various aspects. Working closely with Product Owners and Architects, you will develop data science products and pipelines in Modern Data Platforms and provide guidance on technical issues to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML products and services - Design data pipelines - Develop team capabilities and technologies - Review and integrate application requirements - Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects - Provide guidance on technical issues - Handle unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of data scientist experience - Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Applied Statistics, AI/ML, or Relevant Specialization - Knowledge of cloud data engineering and Big Data services in Azure, AWS, or GCP - Proficiency in Python and SQL - Experience in data analysis, model building, and deployment - Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and deep learning architectures - Familiarity with ML stack (scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.) - Proficiency in MLOps, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments - Fine-tuning models for accuracy - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Desire to excel in a performance-based environment Additionally, you may have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of Computer Vision and Image processing techniques. Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex, Cortex AI Features, and Snowpark Container would be considered advantageous for this role.
