About the role
Role SummarySenior Analyst, Digital Analytics (Individual Contributor) part of India Analytics Hub (IAH). Responsible for delivering datadriven insights for Synchronys servicing platforms, supporting business objectives with fullstack descriptive to prescriptive analytics. Must collaborate closely with US Analytics and IAH teams, provide strategic thought leadership, and lead on scaling current analytics deliveries. Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage Digital Measurement Analytics for Synchronys servicing platforms using Agile methodology.Develop digital data strategy, oversee data collection, validation, reporting, and measurement of feature performance.Partner with onsite stakeholders and process owners in marketing, technology, and digital teams to plan and implement strategic priorities.Communicate project deliverables effectively, enforce timelines, accuracy, and compliance with meticulous project management.Mentor team members on analytical, technical, and functional skills.Lead internal initiatives and perform other duties or special projects as assigned.Required Skills & KnowledgeBachelors or masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 24 years of handson analytics experience (70% handson required).1+ year experience in Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).2+ years experience in SAS or SQL.1+ year experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.Ability to solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision.Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate and present solutions across functional teams.Desired Skills & Knowledge24 years of analytics experience in the Financial Services industry.Strength in engaging technical and nontechnical audiences, translating needs into actionable technical requirements.Eligibility CriteriaBachelors or masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 24 years of handson analytics experience or 46 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Work Timings & FlexibilityDay shift: 2:00PM 11:00PM IST. Requires availability between 6:00AM and 11:30AM Eastern Time for meetings with US teams. Remaining hours flexible; option to work from home or regional hubs (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi/NCR). Occasional travel to hubs for inperson engagement activities may be required.
