EOC Engineer I

Job Description Job Summary The EOC Level 1 Engineer is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting network and Server infrastructure. This role serves as the first point of contact for networks, servers and cloud incidents, ensuring timely detection, logging, escalation, and resolution of issues while maintaining agreed service levels. Mandatory Skills Windows server,Patching,CCNA,Networking,VMware Role Key Responsibilities Monitor network devices, servers, and cloud applications using monitoring tools. Respond to alerts and service outages. Perform L1 and L2 level troubleshooting for network, servers and connectivity issues. Log, track, and update incidents in the ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support teams following established procedures. Monitor WAN, LAN, VPN, Internet, and wireless connectivity. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required. Maintain incident documentation and shift handover reports. Follow ITIL-based Incident and problem Management processes. Ensure SLA compliance for incident response and resolution. Support scheduled maintenance activities during off-hours if required.
