SYSTRA is GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT. We are seeking applications for the role Junior Engineer (Track) in Kochi Metro Project Missions/Main Duties Assistance in Construction Supervision Monitoring Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and social aspects management Assistance in TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND TRIAL RUNS Preparation of Manuals for construction, administration, operation, and maintenance of Any state Metro Ensure the safety compliances, conduct safety training as per group policy mainly 3S training. Ensure every team member must have gone through Business Ethics and compliance training Ensure every project member has knowledge of Environment policy of company. Each Member of team had gone through 9 lifesaving rules Each individual had gone through the Anti-Corruption training. Profile/Skills Graduate/diploma in Civil Engg. from a reputed institution. Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant field for Graduates 7 years for Diploma holders, out of which minimum 2 years experience should be in similar role in execution of Ballastless track works for metro rail projects/rail based transit projects. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences. Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices. Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
