Lead Software Engineer-IBM PA

At Least 8+ year of total experience, out of which 6+ year of Experience of design and development in IBM Cognos Planning Analytics Very good experience in system configuration, designing, developing, and Planning Analytics/TM1 models. Solid experience in design and implementation of financial planning and reporting model in IBM Cognos Planning Analytics (TM1), IBM PAX, PAW. Ability to write complex business logic in TM1 Rules, Turbo Integrator (TI) and creating complex Active Forms. Worked with TM1 control objects to secure the TM1 data based on different users and user groups. Technical skills on installation process of PA components including the certificate set-up. Experience in writing MDX queries. Good experience in setting up security requirements. Performance tuning of TM1 / Planning Analytics applications and Automate Common Processes using TI scripts . Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document business applications and able to understand financial terminology. Relevant knowledge of SQL, SSIS to set up data pipeline between SQL and TM1 Translate business requirements into logical and physical TM1 model, analyze data across data sources to support requirements, identify integration and security requirements and develop data. Relevant corporate finance experience exhibiting knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and related processes. Experience working in Agile Environment. Ensure the performance of developments. Training the team on TM1/IBM Planning Analytics.
