About the role
Experience: 10+ Years Location: Bengaluru (Full-Time) The Mission: You will own the architectural bridge between the modern Next.js web platform and the Flutter mobile application, ensuring a true Write Once, Run Anywhere philosophy that functions flawlessly for 200,000+ Daily Active Users (DAU) . What You'll Do: Multi-Platform Architecture: Architect unified design systems and lead cross-platform business logic sharing using TypeScript, Dart, or Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). High-Scale Performance: Optimize Flutter rendering for 60 FPS performance, eliminate jank, and strictly manage binary sizes and JS bundles. Infrastructure & Reliability: Architect advanced CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Vercel, Docker) and cross-platform monitoring to maintain a 99.9% crash-free session rate. Culture Catalyst: Upskill Web engineers in Dart/Flutter and vice-versa, fostering a truly T-shaped engineering mindset. What We're Looking For: 4+ years of deep Flutter expertise (Provider, Riverpod, BLOC, Dart FFI). Expert-level React 19+, Next.js, and TypeScript . Proven experience shipping high-traffic apps for at least 1 Lakh+ DAU . A problem solver who knows how to optimize for low-end Android devices and older browsers without compromising the premium experience. You don't just write code—you define how platforms talk to each other and act as the final word on cross-platform technical debt.
