The role focuses on improving deployment pipelines, enhancing security, and achieving zero-downtime releases across environments Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering growth and best practices - Own AWS infrastructure design, deploy, monitor, and optimize across services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.) - Drive cost optimization initiatives with measurable savings targets - Implement and maintain security best practices, compliance standards, and access controls - Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins - Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and incident response readiness - Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions - Evaluate and recomme .
