L3 Network Engineer

Looking for an experienced L3 Network Engineer to join our enterprise networking and cybersecurity team . The candidate will be responsible for designing , implementing , troubleshooting , and supporting complex network infrastructures for enterprise and manufacturing customers. The role requires strong technical expertise , customer-facing skills , and the ability to handle critical escalations independently. Role & responsibilities: Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN , WAN , Wireless , and Data Center networks . Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches , routers , wireless solutions , and security platforms . Implement and support routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP . Configure and troubleshoot VLANs , STP , HSRP , ACLs , NAT , VPNs , and QoS . Deploy and support firewalls including Fortinet , Sophos , Palo Alto , and Cisco . Prepare network documentation , implementation plans , and technical reports. Handle L3 technical escalations and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents. Preferred candidate profile: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Enterprise Networking & Enterprise Firewalls [Must have] Expertise in Routing & Switching [Must have] Experience with OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, HSRP, ACLs, NAT, and VPNs [Must have] Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Sophos solutions [Preferred] Knowledge of Wireless Network Design, SD-WAN technologies, network monitoring tools & packet analysis [Preferred] Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site network environments. [Added advantage] Ability to independently handle customer escalations. Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Willingness to travel for project implementation and support activities.
