Role & responsibilities Role Mission Own engineering success across one or more products. Provide technical leadership while managing a high-performing engineering team. Drive scalable, secure, AI-first cloud-native solutions. Technical Leadership Own system architecture and technical roadmap. Lead architecture reviews and technology selection. Drive AI/LLM and Agentic AI adoption. Review complex designs and pull requests. Improve scalability, performance, reliability and security. Lead incident reviews and production problem solving. People Leadership Manage and mentor 612 engineers. Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews and career planning. Hire, coach and retain engineering talent. Build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Delivery Leadership Own roadmap execution and release readiness. Drive sprint planning, estimation and capacity planning. Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder communication. Partner with Product, QA and DevOps to ensure predictable delivery.
