Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage weekly release planning and Go/No-Go reviews Coordinate Dev, QA, DevOps and Product Maintain release calendar and checklists Coordinate production deployments and rollbacks Track release KPIs and postmortems Required Skills AWS GitHub GitHub Actions CI/CD Jira Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Confluence Agile Release Management Stakeholder Management DevOps Branching Strategy Microservices SDLC and STLC Change management tools Nice to Have Experience working in SaaS environments. Experience coordinating production releases. Exposure to DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering. Knowledge of ITIL Change Management practices. Experience with observability platforms such as New Relic, Datadog, or Grafana. Familiarity with feature flags and progressive deployments. Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
