Job Description : Job Title Module Lead Experience 10 -13 Years Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering Role & Responsibilities: Analyse Application Requirements, Design Documents and identify gaps. Design, develop, document and review testing plans/Strategy and test artefacts. Contribute in Release level Planning, Estimations and Reporting activities with Business Analyst and stakeholders. We're looking for Module Lead who is driven and passionate about Testing and Quality, who can take end to end testing ownership of enterprise scale modules within an application and can supervise and train junior staff members. A strong background in super, insurance and financial systems will be highly desirable. Key Skills Following Key Skills are required: At least 9 to 11 years of experience in a senior test role across various test phases including Functional testing, Systems and Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing. Experience in working in a captive model will be highly advantageous Experience in automation Tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI are highly desirable. Experience in Superannuation/Insurance/BFSI/Wealth management highly desirable Experience on Mobility testing is an added advantage for WEB testing applications for a wide range of devices.
